Hi ! I'm Teacher Gemma/Gem a graduate of Bachelor of Elementary Education at Cebu Normal University, Cebu City , Philippines.I started teaching in the private school last June, 1990 up to March, 1993.I transferred teaching to the Department of Education specifically at Tabok Elementary School II last September 1, 1993. I was teaching there for 19 years. I was teaching English Grade V and VI, I was also the school paper adviser in our School Publication, I trained pupils in journalism, I was a winning coach on the Regional Contest of Journalism specifically in Editorial Writing and Editorial Cartooning. I was also a Regional winner in the making of Strategic Intervention Materials (SIM) -teacher category.I was teaching here in our school up to July 15, 2013. Last July 16, 2013 I was promoted as principal in our school(Tabok Elementary School II),until now I am still holding the position as Principal/OIC in our school.
Regarding my educational background, I have 30 M.A. units major in Administration and supervision and a holder of a Certificate of Academic Completion (CAR). I really wanted to teach, that's why I'm working here as a part time on line teacher.
With regards to my hobbies, I like to read during my free time. I also compose some poems and stories.
Students want to be in my class because I can teach and impart my knowledge in English well to students based on my educational qualifications and experience.
