Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Japanese Companies Increase Hiring of Workers With Disabilities" that you kindly selected on 29 Sep. 2025.
I'm in favor of the idea of hiring workers with disabilities.
In fact, Japanese law requires companies with a certain number of employees to hire people with disabilities.
However, only a few companies in Japan can afford to hire them, such as large or famous companies that can generate tons of profit.
Therefore, it would be difficult to hire them all. Consequently, few applicants with disabilities can work at these companies.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Global AI Adoption Creates Digital Divide Between Rich and Poor Nations" that you kindly selected on 27 Sep. 2025.
This article reminds me of the past "Digital Divide," in around 2000, which refers to the disparity between people who can use the internet and computers and those who cannot. Nowadays, the subject is shifting from the internet to AI.
However, everyone can easily use an AI service without consicous of using AI.
For that reason, ordinary people do not need to learn about the detailed knowledge of AI.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Foreign Workers in Japan Hit Record High" that you kindly selected on 26 Sep. 2025.
I'm for the trend of increasing foreign workers unless they violate Japanese rules and laws.
Actually, my supervisor is a foreign worker who came from another country.
Meanwhile, Japanese companies should not exploit foreign workers.
Both Japanese and foreign workers should strive for a win-win relationship.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Unlock Creativity and Beat Burnout with Move Think Rest" that you kindly selected on 24 Sep. 2025.
The "MTR", which stands for Move, Think, Rest, reminds me of a proverb in Japan.
One of them is "Study hard, play hard." Most Japanese people have heard this famous phrase.
However, I suppose ordinary adults cannot follow the phrase if they work for certain organizations.
They have to devote themselves and compromise their behavior to companies.
Consequently, they have to only work and cannot afford to play hard.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "How Did China Rise to Rule Green Energy?" that you kindly selected on 23 Sep. 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, based on my experience, most Japanese high tech companies are more likely to pursue profits than technological advancement.
This is one of the reasons why Japan lags behind other countries in the high-tech industry.
Meanwhile, I suspect the China's patent achievements seem a bit fishy. For example, are those patents truly worth being valid? Because low-value patents mean they retain little value for actual development.
So, I'm not sure how much China can contribute to the rising rule green energy in the near future.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |
