Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Survey Finds World's Most 'Welcoming' Language' that you kindly selected for me on 26 March 2026.
As I mentioned in the lesson, Japanese people are more likely to be influenced by movies, music, and other cultural elements.
Consequently, not only English but also various European languages are regarded as elegant, largely due to the influence of movies from the US, the UK, and EU countries.
Meanwhile, Asian languages are not as popular among Japanese people, even though these languages share certain points in common.
Nevertheless, I recommend that you learn your favourite or necessary foreign languages.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material "Degrees 'A Waste of Time,' Say Young Americans" that you kindly selected for me on 23 March 2026.
The value of obtaining a college degree remains high in contemporary Japanese society, even though its influence is diminishing in the US.
Conversely, certain private universities fail to maintain sufficient academic standards for their students.
Consequently, many people question the true value of attending such institutions.
For that reason, not just having a university degree, but which university grants it, is crucial within contemporary Japanese society.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Why We Choose the Same Things Again and Again' that you kindly selected for me on 17 March 2026.
It is quite natural for most people to follow their experience.
The survey results in this article proved this habitual behavior.
Meanwhile, this behavior may jeopardize one's life if they make wrong choices.
For that reason, it is often said that the older people become, the more stubborn they are.
However, I support the idea that they should be flexible to avoid making wrong decisions.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Gen Z Uses Skill Stacking to Get Ahead at Work' that you kindly selected for me on 12 March 2026.
The younger generation tends to be significantly more pragmatic compared to older generations.
They are widely known to prioritize both time and cost efficiency.
I completely agree with this approach, particularly regarding how one structures their life.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Co-Pilot' Parents Are Influencing US Children's Careers' that you kindly selected for me on 3 March 2026.
I partially agree with the idea of 'Co-Pilot', because children are generally too young to make a definitive career choice.
Parents can offer practical and reasonable choices to their children during major milestones in their lives.
However, this idea is only valid if the parents have sufficient experience.
Not all parents are equipped to offer sound advice to their children.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Tokyo Area Condo Prices Hit Record High in 2025' that you kindly selected for me on 23 Feb. 2026.
Nowadays, I must admit that it is quite difficult for even high-earning professionals, with the exception of the business elite, to purchase condos in central Tokyo.
Based on statistical data, condo prices in Tokyo hit bottom around 2003 to 2004. Today, many people deeply regret missing the opportunity to buy a property at that time.
As I mentioned in the lesson, there are some effective options that can significantly impact your life.
Renting a house in a suburban area is a great choice because it allows you to save a lot of money.
Purchasing a pre-owned condo is also a good idea, as the average price is typically 20 to 30% lower than that of a new one.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'Like a Diamond: The World's Most Expensive Rice' that you kindly selected for me on 19 Feb. 2026.
I wouldn't buy the world's most expensive rice because the price of ordinary rice has already doubled.
According to reports, one of the main underlying causes of the surge in rice prices lies with wholesalers in the rice industry.
In general, they act as middlemen who make a significant profit distributing the rice.
Even if new technologies are developed to improve crop yields, consumers will not be able to buy rice at a reasonable price because of these intermediaries.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Thank you so much, Anne.
It was an enjoyable and insightful class as always, based on the material 'The 2 p.m. Slump: The Most Tired Time of Day' that you kindly selected for me on 10 Feb. 2026.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I take a short nap during lunchtime. In addition, I never eat lunch to avoid gaining weight.
For that reason, I'm less likely to feel the 2 p.m. slump.
However, I realized that most of my colleagues are more likely to feel the 2 p.m. slump.
This slump is mainly caused by a full stomach after eating lunch.
I'd like to recommend my routine to mitigate the slump at the office.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
