Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "Japan's Reading Habits Revealed: 63% Don't Read Books" that you kindly selected on 18 Oct. 2024.
I forgot to say, but I prefer paper books to e-books, even though the number of bookstores are decreasing in Japan.
The main reason is that I can sell paper books to used bookstores if I read the books a lot.
Meanwhile, I can not sell any e-books. In addition, if the e-book provider companies go bankrupt, I won't be able to read the e-books again.
For that reason, I puchase paper books from online stores nowadays.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "How Longer Paternity Leave Empowers Women to Thrive in Their Careers" that you kindly selected on 16 Oct. 2024.
Taking paternity leave can reinforce the bond between husband and wife, but it can also hurt a husband's career unless he works for a non-exploitative company.
In most of the evil companies in Japan, an male employee who takes long paternity leave is less likely to return to the current position.
This is one of the reasons why the paternity leave rate in Japan is quite lower than other countries.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "Which Day Off Will Recharge You? Find Out What Most Workers Prefer!" that you kindly selected on 15 Oct. 2024.
As I said in the lesson, Wednesday is absolutely the most ideal and practical day for me to recharge.
As you can see, Wednesday is in the middle of the week. So, I can spend a week as below.
- Monday: Yesterday was Sunday, so I'm energised.
- Tuesday: I work one day, I get one day off.
- Wednesday: Day off
- Thusday: Yesterday was Yesterday was Sunday, so I'm energised. so I'm energised.
- Friday: I work one day, I get one day off.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the material based on the article "Tochigi; Japan's Widest Gender Pay Gap" that you kindly selected on 10 Oct. 2024.
I'm not sure why Tochigi pref. has the worst gender pay gap in Japan.
Tochigi is one of Tokyo metropolitan areas and there are famous factories there.
Maybe, I guess that female workers in Tochigi are less likely to be willing to be promoted because of their characteristics, such as being humble and modest.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |
