自 己 紹 介 Hello! Have a pleasant day, everyone! ! This is Ms. CHERRY PIE CAPADNGAN,
and you can call me teacher PIE. I graduated at Cebu Normal University and earned a degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology. I am a licensed professional teacher, too. Aside from teaching, I love cooking, singing, and socializing with people. I also love sports specifically, volleyball because this is one of the best ways of maintaining a healthy body. I enjoy spending time in nature, too. I am very much excited and ready to share my knowledge, capabilities and skills with you guys. I assure that you can learn a lot from me. See you in my class.

こんにちは！Cherry Pie Capadnganです。Pie先生と呼んでください。CebuNormal Universityで生物科学を学びました。教育の他に料理、歌、人々との交流が大好きです。スポーツも好きで特にバレーボールが好きです。健康な身体を維持するのに最高です。あなたと知識、能力、スキルを共有できることを楽しみにしています。私から多くのことを学び、私もあなたから多くのことを学ぶでしょう。

（ご両親が共に教育者の家庭に育ちましたが、フィリピンで人気のスポーツ、バレーボールの選手として大学まで活躍しました。学業も優秀で奨学金生徒であり、地域の子供たちのために指導的なボランティアを行ったりと幅広く活躍しています。とても明るく優しく朗らかな感じです。笑顔と大きな笑い声にファンが多いようです。）

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "What Do the Sounds of Tokyo Say About Its Culture?" that you kindly selected on 21 April 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, I don't like the noise that is made during an election period.
For instance, the candidates of the election shout repeatedlly from vans they are riding in.
This event occurs not only in Tokyo but other areas.
The election candidates do not show consideration for people taking TOEIC test listening section.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Asking Workers to Smile: Friendly or Harassment?" that you kindly selected on 15 April 2025.
As I said in the lesson, I suppose that asking employees to smile at work is a kind of harassment.
Of course, it depends on the type of work. For example, if employees work in a bar or nightclub, it is natural for them to smile.
However, workers in an office generally do not have to smile. So if they were asked to smile, they would find it strange and annoying.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Why Some Companies Protect Employee Privacy" that you kindly selected on 16 April 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, if our company asked me to show photos of myself so as to attract applicants, I would not refuse it unless my real name was revealed. This is because I can help recruit excellent new employees.
Meanwhile, many people are demanding stricter rules to protect their privacy, not only their names, but the photos of them.
For instance, my child's school asked parents to get permission to use the photos of each student on the school's website.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.

Unlike in the past, balancing work and family life is now a top priority today.
In addition, both partners should always be involved in major decisions.
This behavior is a tip for all couples to maintain a good relationship.
I'm totally in agreement with this way of thinking based on my experience.

I disagree with the idea of free school lunches, but I agree with raising the price of school lunches.
Nowadays, the prices of many ingredients are incresing due to inflation.
Therefore, an increase in the fee is necessary to maintain the quality and quantity of school lunches.
Of course, I'm not against the idea of raising the school lunch fee, as long as the residents of the area accept the additional tax increases to maintain quality and quantity.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class.
