Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Five Easy Steps to Win Your Morning Before It Starts" that you kindly selected on 21 June 2025.
As I mentioned in class, I have a routine for getting up every morning. After standing up, maintain a seated posture on a bed for a few seconds. Then, stand up slowly. To wake up, drink a cup of coffee.
Aside from my routine, the described method is a good guide for creating our own method for doing something.
1. Conduct a mental unload by recording ideas or worries.
2. Select one or two high-priority tasks for the next day.
3. Assign time blocks to each task, including rest periods.
4. Organize essential files or tools in advance.
5. Mentally review the plan and prepare to act on it.
It can be used for daily work. However, I don't recommend doing this method before going to bed because it may prevent you from falling asleep.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Japanese Everyday Goods Are Loved More in Europe Now" that you kindly selected on 20 June 2025.
It wasn't until I read the article that I found out Japanse products, such as stationery are popular among EU contries.
The Japanese products are afforable, because the Japanse currency is reletively weak for now.
However, if the yen strengthens, the price of these products will increase.
I appreciate the quality of the products aside from the price. They are durable and many functions.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Many in Japan Feel Insecure Despite More Savings" that you kindly selected on 18 June 2025.
I agree with the idea of saving approximately 20 million yen by the time I retire.
However, it would be difficult for most of Japanese, because their average salaries and savings are not sufficient eought to save such a large sum.
Investing in the stock market is a good choice for our future, but some people regard it as gambling.
Firstly, we should convince our family that it is not gambling.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Why Small Bento Shops Are Struggling to Survive" that you kindly selected on 16 June 2025.
As I mentioned in the lesson, small bento shops cannot compete with chain bento shops and convenience stores in terms of quantity and price.
The only area in which small bento shops can gain an advantage is quality.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "What Happens When You Rely Too Much on Health Data" that you kindly selected on 13 June 2025.
I agree that people may feel stressed if they are obsessed with health data.
I used to have a smartwatch that measured not only steps, but also sleep hours, blood oxygen level, and heart rate.
In the past, I measured sleep hours every night. However, the data was inaccurate.
I actually slept for more than seven hours, but the result showed only three to four hours.
I won't buy a smartwatch until an accurate way to measure sleep hours is established.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |

Thank you so much, Pie.
It was an enjoyable, tactful class, as always, from the the material based on the article "Japan Tops Most Trusted Country for 7 Consecutive Years" that you kindly selected on 12 June 2025.
Japan's greatest advantage is that it is a non-threatening nation, both politically and militarily.
Meanwhile, most countries are more likely to prioritize financial merit from a short-term perspective.
Japan is the most suitable leader for the Asian region in the medium and long term due to the advantage, because Japan never waives contracts or threatens other countries.
For the reason, the survey results are understandable.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to taking your next class. |
